DYSEC Unveils 3MP CMOS Camera Modules for Handsets

Korea's DYSEC has developed 3 megapixel camera modules for super-small handsets. With a form factor of 10.8mm x 12.8mm x 8mm, the module adopts CMOS and provides auto focus functionality. DYSEC plans to sell the modules to Japan and Taiwanese makers initially, and later on to China.
